SEYMOUR RIVER CLEAN-UP 2015
As one of the most beautiful and accessible river on the North Shore, The Seymour River experiences a lot of human traffic, especially during the summer months. On September 27th join us for BC Rivers Day and pitch-in to help clean up the stream and keep it healthy for all species to enjoy!
We will be meeting at 10:00 at Seymour River Heritage Park / Maple Wood Park in North Vancouver until 2:00. Park gates will be open to accommodate vehicles, but think green! Carpooling is always encouraged. The Seymour Salmonid Society will provide all equipment needed, just come dressed for the weather.
As always we will only be working around the river if it is safe to do so. Check-in to our homepage on the morning of the event to make sure that water levels haven’t cancelled the day.
